Information you give us: when you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, country, message and, for university representatives, your institution and role.
Course work: assignment responses you submit to receive feedback. These are currently stored on your own device and sent to our AI feedback service only to generate your feedback.
Technical information: basic usage and device data (such as browser type and pages visited) needed to operate and secure the platform.
To respond to enquiries, enrol students and set up university partnerships; to deliver the course and provide AI-powered feedback; to improve and secure our services; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you request feedback, your submission and the assignment details are processed by third-party AI models via our AI provider solely to generate your feedback. Please do not include sensitive personal information in submissions.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, AI processing, communications), with partner universities for students enrolled through them, or when required by law.
Because we operate in the United States and the United Arab Emirates and use global providers, your information may be processed in other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to its processing. To make a request, contact us through the form on our homepage.
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
