- Landing page, demo video and screenshots ready.
- Launch posts written for each channel.
- List of 50 people to personally message.
Launch day
- Post on your main channel and communities (Product Hunt, Reddit, LinkedIn).
- Message your list personally.
- Reply to every comment within the hour.
After
- Email everyone who signed up but didn't buy.
- Share results publicly.
- Collect testimonials from first customers.
