Short, personal messages for LinkedIn, email or DMs. Always personalise the first line.
Cold message
- “Hi [Name] — saw your post about [specific thing]. I built a tool that helps [audience] [result] in [time]. Open to a 2-min demo video?”
Warm message
- “Hey [Name], you mentioned [problem] a while back. I've built something for exactly that — want early access at a founding price?”
Follow-up (3–4 days later)
- “Quick bump in case this got buried — happy to send the demo, no pressure either way.”
Rules
- Under 60 words.
- One ask per message.
- Send 20 a day, track replies in a spreadsheet.
