Request message
- “Hi [Name], glad [product] is helping with [result]! Would you share 2–3 sentences I could put on the site? These questions help:”
Questions to include
- What was it like before using [product]?
- What changed after?
- What would you tell someone considering it?
Tips
- Ask right after a win, when they're happiest.
- Offer to write a draft from their words for them to approve.
- Ask permission to use their name, photo and company.
