Three short emails to welcome beta users and get feedback fast.
Email 1 — Welcome (right after sign-up)
- Subject: You're in 🎉
- “Thanks for joining the beta of [product]. Start here: [one action link]. It takes 2 minutes. Reply with anything confusing — I read every email. — [Name], founder”
Email 2 — Nudge (day 2)
- Subject: Did you get stuck?
- “Most people get value once they [key action]. Here's a 60-second video showing how: [link].”
Email 3 — Feedback (day 7)
- Subject: 2 quick questions
- “1) What almost stopped you from using [product]? 2) If it disappeared tomorrow, how disappointed would you be — very, somewhat, not at all?”
