Decide what to build next without guessing.
Plot each request on two axes
- Impact: how many users, and how much it helps them pay or stay.
- Effort: how long it takes you to build.
The four boxes
- High impact, low effort — do now.
- High impact, high effort — plan next.
- Low impact, low effort — only if you have spare time.
- Low impact, high effort — say no politely.
Tips
- Count how many people asked, not how loudly.
- Weight feedback from paying customers higher.
- Ask “what problem are you trying to solve?” behind every feature request.
