Build an audience that trusts you before you ask them to buy
This week creates a sustainable publishing system that earns attention by sharing useful work. You will choose a clear audience, plan 30 days, and repurpose ideas without repeating yourself.
Share useful lessons, customer problems, product decisions, experiments, and results. Protect private information and do not turn every update into a sales pitch. The goal is to help the right people understand your work and trust your judgment.
Use three to five recurring topics based on customer questions and your product. Each pillar should support a business goal such as discovery, education, trust, or conversion. A clear set of pillars makes planning easier.
One strong idea can become a long post, short post, video, email, example, or checklist. Adapt the opening, length, and action to the platform. Do not simply copy the same text everywhere.
Track signals that match the goal: replies, saves, qualified profile visits, email signups, demos, or sales. High reach from the wrong audience may have little value. Review performance weekly and update the plan.

Why it fits: Presents five achievable stages of content production, beginning with publishing consistently and later expanding into repurposing.
Turn one useful product insight into a long post, short video, carousel and email.
The video supports the lesson above — it doesn't replace it.
Create a 30 day content plan for this audience, product, and set of customer questions. Use these content pillars. For each item give the audience problem, format, opening, key idea, evidence or example, and next step. Balance education, build updates, proof, and offers. Do not invent customer stories or results.
Week 12 · Case study
Source note: Founder self-report on Reddit. Signup, customer, and revenue numbers have not been independently verified here. The student-sized version below is an illustrative exercise, not part of the reported case.
CheckVibe is a 2026 security-scanning SaaS designed for rapidly built AI applications. In a first-person launch report, its founder described reaching approximately 2,000 signups, 50 paying customers, and $1,000 in first-month revenue.
One of its effective distribution methods was highly relevant content: the team scanned a prospect’s application first and shared useful findings. The message therefore contained evidence rather than a generic sales claim. The founder also published product lessons, including the discovery that mobile activation was much lower than desktop activation.
Publish one genuinely useful teardown, checklist, mini-audit, or worked example each week. Connect every post to a problem your product addresses, but do not turn every post into an advertisement.
What can you give away that demonstrates expertise without giving away the whole paid product?
